attentive staff fast check-in excellent service missing lift bond requirement missing kettle
check-in process was super fast. staff members were attentive. restaurant service did appear excellent.
the lift dont stop at every floor so i carried cases using stairs. i dont like leave bond because the hotel already get my credit card details. no kettle, coffee or tea are available in the room.

a satisfactory visit
clean room thoughtful gesture single pane motorcycle noise
i found the room to be clean and the staff were very hospitable. the air-con was very cool even when i set it to 28c. the hotel gave us water pastry a cool towel and fruit after the earthquake it was a nice gesture.
the website mentioned sound proofed rooms but the glass was single pane. the building is right next to a freeway on and off ramp and the motorcycles were loud. it made it hard to sleep because of that noise.

a sweet escape
attentive service quick response useful location train station
The service was consistently attentive. The team seemed dedicated to ensuring every need was met. i especially appreciated how quickly they addressed a minor request i had, showcasing their commitment. the location near the shopping center was useful. the proximity to the train station made it easy to explore.
The gym equipment felt a little dated, though it was perfectly functional. A small upgrade there would be welcome.

The beautiful king room had two sinks. A rainfall shower added a luxurious touch. the bed included a comfortable mattress with soft pillows that created a calm sleep, it was great. the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool.

breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold dishes. there was fresh fruit. i found the restaurant staff helpful, they always seemed ready to assist with anything needed. the restaurant had pleasant decor with nice lighting, setting a gentle atmosphere, it was soothing.

check-in was efficient, the staff were friendly and polite. the concierge provided good directions and advice, helping me plan my days easily, it. housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, i appreciated that. the hotel included luggage storage.
